I want to have my wedding there!"?  My Tiny Wedding is the perfect option for you! With an outdoor wedding in the beautiful outdoors and a reception in the comfort of a air conditioned (or heated, depending on the time of year) room that is free of mosquitos and the humidity, this combination of My Tiny Wedding and Gallery 33 is the ultimate tiny wedding experience in the mid-western United States!  This package is loaded up with goodies starting with your choice of 12 different locations that range from overlooks to historic sites all the way to a reception package where everything is done for you.  Too much to list…read on for yourself…

Services: Officiating, Photography of your ceremony, portraits of the two of you, any group shots of you and your wedding guest (150 high resolution digital files), wildflower bouquet for the bride and boutonniere for the groom, Gallery 33 Reception Package- two tier cake to serve up to 40 people, set up of tables/chairs/linens, floor length ivory linen tablecloths, chair cover option, linen napkins, centerpieces, dinnerware, water glasses, silverware, music system, cake cutting service, bussing service, cleanup service, use of food prep area for either your caterer or yourself.

Allotted Time: up to 10 hours (decorating will need to take place in this allotted time)

Number of guest permitted: Up to 40 wedding guest.

Online Support for the couple: Upon booking with My Tiny Wedding, we send you a link to our planning website.  On here you will find everything you'll need to plan a wedding.  From wedding dress sites to measurements for our tables to weather information to videos on how to tie a bow tie, you will find it on our planning site.  Also on the site you will find a detail form to complete and email back to us about 2-4 weeks before you wedding.  This form goes into every detail we need to know to make your day perfect.  You'll tell us how you'll be dressed, how you want your ceremony to go, over 15 cakes to choose from,  your choice of a marriage certificate design and exactly how you want your names printed on it (at least 25 to choose from…I keep designing new ones!)…and more!

Online Support for your wedding guest:  We provide you with a personalized webpage for you to send to your guest.   On this page is the details for your ceremony along with detailed directions to the ceremony site coming from any direction.  This website is full of important information your guest will want to know before they arrive such as the most reliable lodging options that are close to the ceremony sites, good places to eat, fun activities for kids of all ages, laws of the land.  This website, exclusively for the My Tiny Wedding Couple, has been a life saver for many brides.  Simply send them a link to the site and your phone will be ringing less in the months to come.

Ceremony Details:  About a week before your ceremony, our officiant will create a ceremony based on your selections from the details form you will have completed for us. They'll email you the ceremony for your approval and go from there.  You can add things to the ceremony such as hand fasting/God's Knot/Sand Ceremony and much more.  We are able to perform religious and non-religious and we incorporate the theme of nature into all of our ceremonies. After the ceremony we mail your license back to the courthouse and a couple of weeks later you should receive the official license in the mail.  Or, if you prefer, you can file the license at the courthouse yourself for a quicker turnaround.

Photography Details: Before or after the ceremony, the photographer, bride and groom will drive around the gorge and stop at many of those beautiful locations you see in many of the photos on our site.  We have barns/bridges/tunnels/arches/streams/rustic cabins/overlooks along the route that may work their way into your photos!  In addition to this, you will receive photography of your ceremony, group shots of you and your wedding guest and reception coverage.  Not into the Gorge Loop Session?  No problem!  We can do the Stroll Through The Woods Session or simply a few portraits of you around the Ceremony Area.

Floral Details: With the Package C, the bride will receive a bouquet and the groom a boutonnière.  Not into flowers or already have your flowers picked out?  You have the option to exchange them for more digital files (once you book with us, you have a details form to fill out and add that information to the form…quick and simple!).  Also included are 3 centerpiece options for your tables: Live Succulents, Silk Flowers or Lanterns, or you are welcome to bring your own.

Cake Details: Sandstone Package C comes with a two tier cake to serve up to 40 people. You will choose on your details form which of our 15 flavors to choose from.  We have up to five different designs and a choice of buttercream, chocolate or cream cheese icing.  We make the cakes from scratch right in our Gallery 33 using the best ingredients and flavorings…which accounts for how amazingly delicious they are!  Nothing pleases us more than when a guest compliments the cake.

Reception Set Up Details:  My Tiny Wedding does all the set up for you!  Once you book with us, we have you complete an online details form that goes over every single little detail of your day.  On that form you'll have a choice of 9 table layout options, choosing between our long table or round table set ups.  You choose the layout and we set up the tables and chairs as per your instructions.  Important to note: we actually steam our tablecloths using a professional, high grade steamer to ensure them to be wrinkle free…no tedious seams running down the middle of your table!  Next, we set the dinnerware either on the tables or buffet (you choose).  And finally, we'll have the our spectacular display of lighting on and music playing when you arrive using the music selections you have chosen on the form.  And, of course, you are always welcome to bring decorations to add on your own.

Music and Master of Ceremony Details: We have a number of tried and true playlist that include the genres of Oldies, Big Band, Classic Rock, Dance Club, Bluegrass, Country Classic, Americana and Country Dance.  You get to choose your own first dance songs and announcement song and we do the rest making it uber easy for you!  We'll be in charge of the music so you don't need to worry about starting and stopping it.  We will announce you into the reception, the toast, cake cutting, dances and anything else you need during the reception.  Also included in is a microphone you can use for speeches and such.  Would rather create your own list on your own device?  Sure!  Bring the device and a backup and you can bluetooth connect to our system.
