Our Red River Rendezvous Package

Probably our favorite package to do is the Red River Rendezvous Package.  With two locations to choose from, this is for those couples who want a little more adventure for their ceremony.

Such as the case for Sarah and Nick.  This couple came in from Louisville and chose our Location L for their ceremony.  This is a two mile hike with elevation changes to contend with…but nothing too drastic.  For the hike in, Dave and I chatted with this lovely couple…getting to know them and hear their story.  And sharing some of ours while we were at it.  For this location was where Dave and I had our first date.

Because of the length of the hike, brides couples will often choose to pack their wedding attire in for the ceremony.  I love Nick’s (who’s an engineer, btw) solution as to how to get said  wedding attire from point A to point B.

At the end of the day I felt like we had made new friends.
